LoyaltyMatch AI and Analytics Presentation at INTIX NYC: January 22nd at 3:00p.m.

LoyaltyMatch Inc. co-founder, Brad Ball, will present Analytics Are Not Just for Sports: Capturing Data to Identify Customer Value at the upcoming INTIX Annual Conference and Exhibition, being held January 20-23, 2020, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York, NY.

Analytics has taken over the sports world, but large corporations have been collecting all sorts of data for years. The ability to use data effectively to drive rapid, precise, and profitable decisions has been a critical strategic advantage for companies such as Google and Disney. Brad's presentation will emphasize solutions and venue success stories that address data insight and decision-making. With the increasing availability of broad and deep sources of data, analytics is becoming an even more critical need for organizations of all types and sizes.

Brad will help industry professionals to think critically about data and the analyses based on their data, show them to different applications of business analytics and enable them to identify opportunities for creating customer value using analytics. It also will empower them to estimate the value created using analytics.

If you're attending the INTIX conference be sure to be at the Rhinelander Gallery North Inspiration Stage on January 22nd at 3:00 p.m. to learn how the 9:30 Club, The Anthem, McMenamins Crystal Ballroom, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Kitchener Blues Festival and other iconic venues and events are using data to build fan loyalty and increase revenue

It's Official Now My eTicket Album Is Ours

OK, so this may not be "stop the presses" kind of news, but at LoyaltyMatch we're pretty excited. Back in January 2015 we announced the launch of our My eTicket Album®, a digital ticket stub holder, and submitted our new product to the United States Patents and Trademark Office with the request that we be granted exclusive use of the name. Almost five years has gone by and the final approval has came through.

Of course, 2015 was a long time ago so let me remind you what we're talking about. Fans told us then that one of the things they miss about buying digital tickets is that they can't  hold on to their ticket stubs as mementos. We could relate to that because we miss it too, which led to us develop the My eTicket Album, a digital ticket stub holder that lets ticket buyers create an album to hold and share electronic tickets, photos and other mementos from their once-in-a-lifetime entertainment experiences.

Again, it may not be big news to everyone, but to our entertainment venue customers and their fans it's news that will bring a smile to their faces now and when they look at their My eTicket Album in the future.

As always, thank you for your interest and for your continued support.

I.M.P. Rewards Fans and Employees with LoyaltyMatch Help

For Fans

For Employees

Back in 2015, we posted with pride the story of how I.M.P., possibly the most successful independent promoter in the U.S., has used the LoyaltyMatch platform and a variety of tools that we developed to grow the highly-successful Friends with Benefits loyalty program. Friends with Benefits rewards fans of 9:30 Club, The Anthem, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Lincoln Theatre and other I.M.P. productions when they buy tickets, merchandise or food and drinks. The membership is at 35,000 now and continues to increase daily. The loyalty rewards program is thriving, as is I.M.P.

Always out in front with ideas, the Washington D.C. headquartered company recently created Fringe! Benefits a program that rewards, with event tickets and merchandise, its approximately 2,000 full and part-time employees for their commitment, hard work and loyalty.

Take a few minutes to read how I.M.P. is using rewards to help it succeed.

I.M.P. is a clear leader in the industry and certainly outstanding in the way that it treats its fans and employees, but why did Andy Gensler write in Pollstar recently that I.M.P. is  "a unicorn - and a thriving one at that?" For the answer read his insightful article: I.M.P.:A Thriving Independent Promoter.

LoyaltyMatch - New Venues Video Explains It

New Video Features Happy Fans and LoyaltyMatch Features

It's true in business that you sometimes are so busy with existing clients work that you forget that there are more opportunities out there. Sure you're talking to people all the time and doing demos for prospective clients who have come to you through word of mouth. Sometimes you forget that some people just want a quick overview of what you do and how you do it.

If you're one of those people, set aside two minutes now, click on the image link above (or here) and enjoy (I hope) our new video aimed at entertainment venues.

What do Salesforce, SAP, BazaarVoice and Paycom all have in common?

A common request from our clients is that we find a process to gather customer data from multiple data sources such as POS, ERP, CRM, ticketing and other systems and that we make it available to them from one repository. Integrating the customer data collected from applications into a single accessible location provides a process to help our clients analyze customer commerce and non-commerce interactions.  It also helps them identify their most valuable customers, breakdown customer segments and discover trends. They can then use the data to create marketing campaigns, secure sponsorships and develop promotions that drive revenue.

To bring customer data together from various systems, we built a cloud-based service that allows our customers to integrate their on-site and cloud-based applications. We call our software process that connects our customer's apps, 'glue-ware'. Our glue-ware connects enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, BazaarVoice and others; commerce applications including point-of-sale including POSitouch, Micros, Aloha, ByPass, Lavu and others; payroll and financial systems including Paycom and DCS; digital wallets including Apple and Google; ticketing systems such as Etix, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite and others; to seamlessly synch all customer data. All of this makes customer data easily accessible and with no development required.

There's no doubt in our minds that we have the glue that enables us to provide the best API and integration platform for a loyalty rewards program of any kind.
