There's
always something new and exciting in what we do at LoyaltyMatch, but, as anyone
who has completed a quality management course knows, innovation in itself isn't
enough. Creating new products, services and features is at the heart of any
business. However, never-ending improvement is the key to continued
success.
Ten
years ago we started with an innovative idea that could help companies generate
loyalty, improve their businesses and generate revenue. We built on it, we
expanded it and we continue to improve it a bit more each day. So, you ask,
what has the LoyaltyMatch team been up to and what's new and improved? Here are
a few highlights.
Responding
with Responsive Sites
There's
no need anymore to have separate desktop and mobile versions of your program
website. Responsive templates mean that both are covered by one site. We've
updated our templates to provide similar layout and access to a program through
every device a member might use whether it's a tablet, laptop or phone,
improving the loyalty rewards program experience. We've also added
Apple wallet integration so members can access their membership cards directly
from the Apple wallet.
Badges
for Nothing
Actually,
we introduced badges a few years ago and there are plenty of ways that badges
can be earned. My point is that we keep improving them and they still won't
cost you extra. Our badges are digital rewards that can be offered to loyalty
program members for completing a task such as referring a friend or posting a
comment to Facebook. They are a powerful tool that can drive action,
interaction, and adoption, deepening customer engagement and increasing loyalty.
Put simply, badges are way for you to go beyond just connecting with and
rewarding your fans. They generate a level of interaction that is much deeper
and of greater value to you and them.
Widgets
are Wonderful
The
word widget can mean different things to people. In our world, widgets are
small snippets of code that can be added to any web theme or existing website
template. Widgets allow your web team to embed that code into your loyalty
program member webpage and use it to access the LoyaltyMatch loyalty rewards
program services. More important is that our widgets allow use of a variety of
themes and content for the member webpage enabling the program administrator to
have creative control over the process.
This
is just a small taste of what we're up to these days in our quest to constantly
improve what we offer. I could go on, but we're all busy. Let me close by
telling you that we remain committed to our resolution -- to create new
products, provide new services and to continue working to our goal of being the
best
provider of loyalty rewards program software in the world.
Thank
you for reading, for your interest and for your continued support.
