LoyaltyMatch OnDemand is pleased to release the new Email Member Account Statement feature. This feature will allow you to send a statement to your members containing their current point balance and any other info you wish. The feature can be found in the 'Media' tab under the 'System Emails' drop-down.
The email is generated on the server using a email template. A default template has been made available however custom emails are recommended. Please contact us to have your template added to the system.
