Email Member Statements Feature

LoyaltyMatch OnDemand is pleased to release the new Email Member Account Statement feature. This feature will allow you to send a statement to your members containing their current point balance and any other info you wish. The feature can be found in the 'Media' tab under the 'System Emails' drop-down.

The email is generated on the server using a email template. A default template has been made available however custom emails are recommended. Please contact us to have your template added to the system.

New Site Features

We are please to announce the following new features of the LoyaltyMatch OnDemand SaaS platform. Please contact us if you would like the features enabled for your program. (Note: some features may incur additional setup or monthly fees). The new features include:

Refer A Friend

Reward your members for inviting their friends. Members can list the email addresses of those friends they would like to invite and receive points once their friends have registered.

Password Reset
Members can now reset their password by sending themselves a password reset email.

Member Leader-board
A widget displaying the current point leaders in the program. This widget can be installed on your program's site or Administration Panel.

Mobile Web App

A light-weight mobile portal for loyalty sites. With the new Mobile Web App your members can:

• View their current points status
• View the program`s top rewards
• Browse the program`s rewards by category
• Display their Member card
• View the program social network and blog posts
• Contact you via email, phone, sms
• View the program`s FAQs and T&Cs

Email member cards
Member loyalty cards can now be emailed from the Administration Panel's 'Members' tab.

First Time Approvals Export

Programs utilizing the points pending system can now export a report that will display the members who have had points approved for the first time within a given date range.

Disable Ratings
The Reward Ratings widget can now be disabled/enabled on the program site.

Facebook / Twitter Integration

Members can share links to the Reward Details page using Twitter and Facebook.

Reward Quantities

Quantities can now be set for rewards in the 'Content' - 'Rewards' - 'Edit Reward.' Members will be notified during checkout if rewards are still available.

Key Program Indicators(KPIs)
The LoyaltyMatch KPIs are an quick and easy way to get an indication on how your program is preforming.  The KPIs can provide quick access to data such as:

• The current number of members 
• The current total points held in the system
• Reward search statistics
